Remanufacturing Process
Wheel
is removed from the shaft
I-Beam
ends are squared
All
structural members are cleaned
Bearings
are cleaned and checked for wear
Shafts
are cleaned
Bearings are re-greased
The
wheel is replaced on the shaft
Turn
is painted primer red or to customer specification
